betso888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betso888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betso888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betso888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond betso888's reasonable control.
betso888 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this clause shall limit betso888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
betso888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betso888 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
